Kasia Budyn MA, LCPC

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Hi, my name is Kasia, I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I received my master’s degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. I have over five years’ experience working with children and adolescents in addressing their emotional and behavioral problems. I also work with individuals that have developmental and intellectual disabilities. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for children, adolescents and teens. I use an integrative approach in therapy, building upon a foundation of cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also draw from multicultural, systemic, and relational philosophies. I see the therapeutic relationship as a vital component for change and growth. I strive to create a safe space where my clients are empowered to work toward their goals. I made it my mission, to help all my clients with any range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and anger management. I build upon each client's strengths, offering skills that enhance their relationships and functioning in all areas of life.

Although I am not keen on cooking, I love to eat all kinds of spicy food. The spicier the food the more it makes my nose run. If my nose isn’t running, it’s not spicy enough!
